Focus Answering Service provides phone answering service. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to the following: 

SMS Communications 

If you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from Focus Answering Service regarding follow-ups communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. 

Opting Out 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (301) 421-5310. After you send the SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or reply HELP for assistance. 

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 800-886-6696 or sales@focustele.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

Message Frequency Clause 

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your services and promotional activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.  

Age Requirement 
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
