Shortly after opening our doors in 1987, the Focus Telecommunications team created a comprehensive instruction manual for office answering services.
Years later, we adapted that manual into three training videos for agents, supervisors, and customer service representatives. They were filmed on-site at Focus’ headquarters and featured our hardworking employees and agents.
Now distributed by SNUG (Startel National Users Group), they are considered the industry standard for office answering services.
